It's a 5 minute tuktuk drive away from the bustle and noise of the downtown area, so the environment is much more relaxing and in-tune with nature. Lots of outdoor sitting space to enjoy the view. Rhinos made the crossing in view of our room twice during our 4-day stay. Attentive staff. Laundry service was great. Food made fresh to order, with an option for packed lunch if you're going on an all-day safari. Most importantly, all of our event bookings made through the hotel were more reasonably priced than through third-party agencies (5500 rupees for a full-day jungle walk with two private guides).

The family is very open and only wants the best for you. I was allowed to help the owner with milking and I was also allowed to help paint rangoli. Rangoli is drawn in front of the door on a holiday here in Nepal. They told me a lot about the culture and the place. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone.
