The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

The villa complex features some units that have a balcony and lake view, and every unit is equipped with a private bathroom and a wardrobe. At the villa complex, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The location, the room and food were incredible! But the thing that makes Blue Wild the hotel you have to choose is the staff! The service and the extra mile the staff go to make your stay memorable is 5 star!

Everything is perfect at Tribe Yala. It is an incredible and unique glamping experience. The “tents” (it is more of a 5 star hotel suite) are clean, spacious, fully equipped (private wifi and AC) and comfortable. We also had a private jacuzzi. Besides, the food is exceptional (one of the best we have had in Sri Lanka). We did the one day safari and it was certainly one of our favorite days of our entire trip. You get to see many animals while being accompanied by a wildlife specialist (ours was Kusar and he is very knowledgeable and friendly). Staff from the hotel met us inside the national park to bring us a delicious Sri Lankan lunch. Finally, the staff of the hotel is amazing. We were offered tea from their cinnamon plantation! The house over looks rice plantations, such a beautiful scenery to wake up to! They arranged our dinner, arranged our safari with a very good guide which we had the chance to see almost all animals in the national park. They prepared our breakfast for the safari as well! Clean spacious rooms with pressurised hot water! Couldn’t ask for anything better!
