Comfortable beds, clean throughout, and spacious living area. Kitchen well stocked (just missing a spatula). Even had a washer and dryer. Easy to get to and conveniently located very close to a bus stop with a quick ride to the city centre. Very gracious host and prompt/responsive to questions.

We had a very pleasent stay at Beechtree House. The room was nice, the breakfast good and the hosts, Joan & Pat, made us feel very welcome.
