The property is very thoughtfully designed and maintained. For instance, there are freshwater showers outside the water bungalows and spaced out slats in the jetty for the water to drain immediately. The linen and towels were very clean and smelled very fresh. The bread was freshly baked by the owner every morning. The coral life at the jetty is amazing and we could snorkel endlessly.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk and private check-in and check-out for guests. Aron’s bay is beautiful. It is remote and full of life. I laid in the hammock all afternoon and watched the fish and birds all around me. Linda who helps Aron run the place always has a smile and cooks great food. The bathrooms are what you would expect around here, dip Mandi and dip toilet. Not my favorite, but normal for the area. The bungalows are well built, but I run hot and I did find that I wish I had a battery operated fan. Aron took me on a snorkel tour to Arborek island. I saw so many fish! He is a great guide, we had a lot of fun.

This is a homestay, basic room but extremely clean, Husna is an absolutely amazing person! Safe area, she gave us foot directions to a great dinner place. Husna has a wonderful place and is a great host. Great breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, a wealth of information about the area, flora and customs 😊.

Diving in their dive center is also a must. Will (dive master) takes out small groups and adapts to weather, conditions and experience of the divers. We had our own toilet and bathroom and all is great considering you are quite far from everything. Higly recommend

Just 2 wonderful and huge huts in great design, right on top of the reef and in the middle of wonderful original Kurkapa Village. Very friendly staff, excellent food (delivered by the kids of the family right to our huge terrace). What more can you ask for - an island paradise, with a wonderful house reef right in front of the hut. Lots of fishes and sharks living there. Hopefully we´ll be back soon! Katrin & Markus

Staff on-site can arrange airport transfers. - Very various food, which was always good and a lot - huge terrace with a sun lounger and makramee hammock - great shower with water from the top (not only bucket) - very friendly good English speaking Rio (who was always there to communicate with the guests and have some chats) - cheap transfer boats - lots of trips available to different spots - we went snorkeling with Rio and the local along the wall - turtles, sharks and other cool fish to spot while snorkeling - use MapsMe (App) to find the hidden jungle tracks that lead you too the sunset viewpoints and cool snorkeling spots MAKE SURE YOU JUMP IN THE WATER AT NIGHT FROM THE JETTY BECAUSE THERE IS FLUORESCENCE PLANKTON IN THE OCEAN WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!!!

The bungalow was clean, had a fan, a mosquito net and a little shelf space. The veranda and the view were amazing. The bathroom was outside and for us one of the better facilities during our stay in Raja ampat. The food was very simple but always enough. We enjoyed our stay and say thank you to the lovely family.
