We met Pam and she was so nice and has been generous with recommendations on places to go and eat around Tamborine Mountain. The staff and facilities were excellent considering a tornado had ripped apart Mount Tamborine in the previous week and the whole area was a disaster. One cabin still had a large tree on top of it and many others trees had fallen. To have the retreat operating the way it was is a fantastic effort by all involved. We didn't cancel as many had as we wanted to support the people and business. The room and facilities were excellent and the rain forrest amazing in spite of all the problems. We really enjoyed our stay.
