The property is amazing, nice touches with everything you need and more. The shower is amazing. Loved the fireplace and welcome treats. Everything was perfect for our stay.

The room was furnished to a high standard with a very comfortable bed. Our room overlooked a very well laid out rear garden with a large fish pond. Great size bathroom with a large shower supplied with superior toiletries. The room like the rest of the hotel was spotless , very clean. The breakfast which I had the full English and my partner had the salmon was perfect, great taste and hot, not luke warm. Car parking was available at no extra cost with a bus stop outside which will take you to the ferry. Great location for the high street which boasts some very good restaurants, but book in advance as they are busy. Katherine and Graham, what an amazing couple who own this hotel. We had quite a few conversations at the breakfast and nothing is too much for these guys. Lovely couple and we will visit again as they made us feel so welcome.

Thé accommodation is alright , very spacious , clean and confortable. A beautiful setting with the horses and cows roaming free . Very happy withe our stay .

Set in Lee-on-the-Solent, the recently renovated The Boathouse offers accommodation 17 km from Port Solent and 19 km from Ageas Bowl. This small compact apartment was great for our stopover. We especially enjoyed the modern feel and seperate childs bedroom .
