We loved this place. We've stayed in SoBe many times and this is our new favorite. Loved the pool being right off the living room. Lots of nice touches like a bottle of wine, plenty of Nespresso pods and toiletries. The location is 100% and we like the cafe downstairs too.

After a hard work looking for a good place to stay in Miami I found this option. The location is excellent, just a couple of steps from the beach. You have everything: restaurants, stores, pharmacy, supermarket, public transportation. Also we had complimentary fruits and coffee. But the best part? Arzu! She was the best from the momento I hit the book button. She is very welcoming and will help you in all ypu need. Don't loose the chance to stay in this magnificent place with a magnificent hostess. Definitely we'll be back!

Very comfortable Apartament in great neighborhood. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Good place to start trip to any place in Florida. Great pool and gym space, parking in spot is also very nice. Owner also deserves 10/10 rating. Just ask and you will be satisfied, very helpful and kind. For sure we will come back.
