Clear instructions. The parking sounded more of a nightmare than it actually was, & didn't pose a problem. The apartment was better than the photos. Pippa was very helpful.

A lovely clean room, , big shower. Complementary drinks, porridge, cereal bars and biscuits. A short walk into Whitby. We were able to park up early and we got a message to say the room was ready about 1 pm. Booked again as we had a fab weekend.
