Very nice, stylish and spacious appartment. Very helpful, easy-going hosts. Good parking. Very comfortable bed, good toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. Great place to stay in St Ives.

The room was spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. There was a private entrance. Despite the fact that breakfast is not offered. We were prepared so, for us, it was no problem. Last but not least, the hosts were warm and friendly.

Nice view from my room (room number 3), location is walkable to center, Breakfast is good and car parking is behind the building ( 5 pound per day ). All staff are nicely and helpful.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming (very helpful as well if you need recommandations on what to do, where to eat, etc) and the room was beautiful with an amazing view and every equipment you could wish for. The breakfast was excellent as well with a variety choices. The city center and the beach are 10mn away but the area is otherwise very calm and peaceful. Forgot to mention that it was perfectly clean as well ! We had an amazing time and i would recommand the place to anyone staying in St Ives !

The property was to a high standard and was very clean. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our three night stay. It’s about a 20 min walk into the town up a steep hill but we didn’t have a problem with this and there are buses and taxis available. Communication with the owner Anne was great and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

After being greeted by the delightful Fleur in reception we went to our room. It was lovely. Everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a sea view. All the staff were so friendly.
