Location could not be better walking distance to everything from beach, shopping, rail station. Breakfast is Amazing it was the best we have had after traveling for 4 weeks in the UK. Facilities are on a next level nothing is to much trouble for your Hosts. Car parking is off road. Secure

Property was in excellent condition, we were welcomed upon arrival and given a tour of property, bedding was clean, and bed comfortable, parking right outside and a private area out the back to sit, coffee and tea was provided along with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge, plenty of local facilities and an excellent beach a short walk or with parking available, kayak, paddle board and wetsuit available for hire, cafe in top carpark and hut on beach serving hot cold drinks and ice cream, recommend the bowgie for eating including Sunday roast, card payment only.

Fashionable and cosy, this place offers everything you need for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The hosts are superb! Offering lots of advice about the local attractions and the places to eat! And they know their food! They go far and beyond to make you comfortable in their home. The room and the bathroom are newly decorated with the idea of comfort. And the breakfast is out of this world! Some celebrity chefs may consider taking training classes in the kitchen of the hostess!! Thank you Mark and Liz!!

I am a seasoned traveller, so I'm no stranger to hotels or lodges; The Haven Lodge though would take my prize! Such a wonderful stay, excellent staff/owner, comfy bed, high speed wi-fi, modern built, outlets beside the bed, TV with Netflix access, great heating, modern and powerful shower, quiet room, delicious breakfast, mini-fridge with complimentary water and drinks, kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, good location (just a few minutes walk to the seaside and almost beside a bus stop), there's an Indian restaurant just half a block away, a petrol station with convenience about a block away, and very kind and sweet staff. I can't stress enough how nice this place is! If you're staying in Newquay, skip the major hotel chains or the very cheap and badly run lodges - go to the Haven Lodge instead!

Wonderful guesthouse and hosts, made us feel at home and lovely clean room. Location was fab, just 10 mins walk into Newquay town. Had an amazing 1 week stay here, will definitely be returning. Can't recommend this guesthouse enough!!
