It is a nice appartment, clean, decorated with care. It is really confortable, and all equipments works well. There is everything that you need for a short stay. WIFI is ok. We have found leaflets for visiting places and activities.

very large caravan park but this particular mobile home is located on the periphery. Dog friendly, easy to walk the dogs on neighboring meadow. Perfect base for Ediburgh and Lothian trips

Chris and Sinead are the best kind of hosts you could ever come across. They are extremely kind and helpful and always willing to give recommendations. They serve a super delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. It’s a real pleasure staying at their place.

The property was located is a beautiful location which was walking distance from the beach. Our room was really spacious and loved how the hosts had taken care of so many small details (like even providing a sewing kit, that was really impressive). The hosts were one of the most warm and wonderful people. We loved to have conversations with them each morning while gorging on the delicious breakfast that Lynn prepared for us. Lynn was so kind to even customise an omelette the way we liked. Her pancakes and scones were to die for. We had such a pleasant stay and now we know where we are staying for our future visits to Edinburgh. Thank you so much for hosting us.

It was our first rental. We had our own plates, cutlery, cups and on site we found everything we needed and even more. Very clean, fresh bedding, only one thing: the children complained about the lack of internet, but it was known from the beginning, but they still wanted to stay longer. We highly recommend it. Beautiful quiet property, very clean and comfortable, ample space for our kids (ages 3 & 11) to play - lovely garden with toys provided, great location to the beach and also accessible to the main city sites.
