Excellent location in a city centre, 5mins walk to the sea, 15mins walking distance away from city’s main landmarks. Nice view from the balcony and the host was bice too. The flat had all we need I just wish the kitchen was a bit bigger. Overall - great value for money.

The apartment is very nice, the position is strategic to visit the beauty of Baku. It's situated in front of the sea boulevard and in a few minutes walking you can visit all the attractions, but it's also near to the bus station (with nr 5 you can go quite everywhere) and to the metro station and the taxi service by app works as well. Around the apartment many supermarkets are open 24 hours and you can find everything you need. The apartment is wide and comfortable, with a cozy living room, a smart TV and with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, a new washing machine, fridge and freezer; only the dishwasher is missing). There is a heating system by radiator and in every room there is an independent conditioner. Two bedrooms are placed in the internal part of the house, opposite to the main road, no noise at all. The bathroom is complete, with a bath tube/shower, with Muslim shower and with a bidet (that for us Italian is very important). Salim and Amil are the plus of this apartment because they made my stay very comfortable, providing me with every request of little things missing. Next time in Baku I'll definitely book this apartment again. Thank you for everything and see you soon!

The host Tahir was very impressive. Spoke perfect English and gave us some great recommendations eg where to eat. He was also very generous and responsive. Great facilities including washing machine, abundant toiletries, very large bed, good WiFi. The location is perfect, less than 10 mins walk anywhere in the old city and a few minutes walk to the sea.

Excellent central location—everything is within walking distance—Old City, museums, restaurants, shops, right to Caspian Bulvard, and very quiet at the same time as facing a backyard. Excellent host—from communication during the booking to airport transfer and providing local interest advisory. Two big rooms with a European bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities.
