Trendy, clean, everything is brand new. Delicious breakfast upstarts if you want to add it to your stay. Staff is very friendly ( despite me arriving tired and cranky, pardon for that ). Price is very reasonable for the quality of accommodation considering it is Paris. Highly recommend.

Plenty of Boulanger & patisserie places, restaurants and pizza places around, plus extremely well stocked supermarket few steps away. The apart hotel itself is nice and clean, very comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful - they’d do everything to make your stay pleasant. I will definitely come again!
