key pick up was excellent (we arrived after regular check in hours, so we used the codes for they key box), rooms very incredibly comfortable: very spacious, very clean, everything you needed (including fridge, microwave, etc.), as well as a bottle of water upon arrival, private parking (garage) for a decent extra fee, elevator connection, excellent breakfast options in the morning, staff was very nice

Very modern, clean and new. Elevator. Parking. Fantastic hot water. Nice bathroom. For $62 this was great. Close to public transport. We had a car and parked into town at P12. But use the public transport, it is cheaper. For 2-3 night this is great. It has everything one needs. After all if you are in Heidelberg as a tourist you are in the city all day. The hotel is away from town, keep in mind. But does not matter, you have public transport. We will be back.

Arrival and check-in was a breeze, with clear instructions received from the hotel before arrival. Kitchenette was just sufficient for a comfortable stay, with supermarkets and grocery store just a short walk away.

Apartment was super clean and comfortable. Very close to shops and tram stop. Lots of playgrounds within walking distance.

Big spacious apartment. 2 bathrooms, big kitchen/livingroom. Good with linnen, towels and cleaning service included. It was easy to find a public parking space in front of the apartment. Several grocery shopping places nearby. Tried the restaurant Dufka close by - can recommend it. The asian close to Lidl is average. Friendly service via Whatsapp from the owner

Everything was perfect! Great location, close to the old town centre. Super spacious apartment, equipped with everything that you need. Modern furniture, enormous bathroom, wonderful kitchen. We had as compliments coffee capsules for the coffee machine, tea, sugar, and mineral water. Big terrace with table and chairs. Private parking for the car. Definitely recommend this property!

For this price it was excellent. I did not miss anything and also the personal was kind. I could sleep very well, it was quiet and calm and dark enough (as there was roller blinds) to sleep.
