We had a great stay at the Adagio Frankfurt. The rooms/apartments are well appointed and large and the location is fantastic with different transportation available whether taxis which line up in front of the hotel at all hours or the RMV/Tram which also has a station right outside the hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated in a high end, safe and quiet neighbourhood too! Easily the best part of our stay was the staff and specifically Nwiyah at the front desk who single handedly made sure it was a very enjoyable stay. Every day he would provide us suggestions on where to go and he made great suggestions on visiting Rudesheim and Heidelberg which we thoroughly enjoyed. By the end of the stay I gained a new friend.

Everything! Great location, near to tram, underground train, 15-20 min walk to the city center. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, kitchen, really clean. Really good breakfast. And it was warm inside which is really important in the winter. I definitely will come back to this hotel.

The staff was really helpful and open to help with questions even before the arrival. We were worried about the payment, but we sorted everything on the phone and at the reception. We could still discuss to bring in an extra bed for our little one when we arrived, but didn't need to because of the extendable sofa( we were even offered extra sheets for it). The apartment was really spacious, with very good noise isolation from the doors and a nice terrace. The location is right next to the city center, so it was ideal for us. And on top, we could check out late on Sunday. Really loved the place!

We requested reception staff to book a taxi to the airport and they happily organised it for us. We flew to Vienna and are staying in another serviced apartment at Vienna Residence. And what a difference! the service here is non existant. It makes us to appreciate our stay at Adina Frankfurt even more.

We were impressed then and so my obvious city chioce for Frankfurt. I had a fantastic view of the city skyline and access to the tram system barely a walk away with the U bhan not much further. The hotel and city erhaps due to current covid restrictions felt spacious and relaxed.
