Our flight from London was delayed by 15 hours so landing at 11pm into JNB and it was a delight to walk 100m to the hotel with young children with us, feeling safe. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely linen and the mini bar was well stocked.

Southern Sun offers luxury rooms with a contemporary design. It features an outdoor pool, bar area and a buffet restaurant called Bernoulli’s. Everything was excellent apart from check in. they could improve on this very issue. more staff when there are long queues

Protea Hotel by Marriott O R Tambo Airport is situated in Kempton Park, 3.5 km from the O.R Tambo International Airport and and 1 km from the Rhodesfield Gautrain Station. Excellent staff. so helpful. I was only in Joburg for one day and they arranged an amazing guide to bring me to Soweto as I requested. So friendly and helpful

Dove’s Nest is located less than 2 km from OR Tambo Airport and offers a free airport shuttle. It offers a breakfast room overlooking the garden and spacious guest rooms. The distant to the airport is not big and the airport shuttle was very well arranged. Also the communication with Dove's Nest was very good, the rooms were clean and the beds were good. We also like the breakfast very much. And the friendly staff is fantastic. We sure come back next time!

Airport Inn offers a free shuttle service to and from OR Tambo International Airport, 4 km away. It was close to the airport. The shuttle service was great! The staff were helpful and kind. They were very communicative. They also made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. It was so great to have been able to have the pressure of making it to the airport lightened by Airport Inn BnB.

Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo offers rooms with a satellite TV and free WiFi. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle to O.R. Tambo Airport and Rhodesfield Gauteng Station. The room was huge and comfortable. There was free shuttle to the airport. To note,. we were dropped at the arrival entrance for busses. But it's not a problem, just a longer walk. Elderlies and those with disabilities, please do take note.
