Birmingham nie jest najlepszym wyborem na zwiedzanie, ale zakupy to już inna sprawa. W okresie przedświątecznym bardzo przyjemne jarmarki. Łatwy dojazd pociągiem na lotniska, jednak samego lotniska nie polecam - słaba organizacja w hali odlotów. Po przejściu przez security (jedna kolejka, dramat) jest już całkiem przyjemnie, sporo sklepów i opcji jedzeniowych.
