The location is perfectly close to the Europa Park and Rulantica. It's only a 4 minute drive. You can even have a day trip to France (Strasburg, Colmar etc) or Switzerland. The staff are very helpful. The room was very comfortable.

Ringsheim is a lovely village and near to transport such as the train station. Sadly the covid lockdown as caused quite a lot of the restaurants and bars to close, There is an Italian pizzaria and a bakers shop that are well worth a visit.

My trip would be much better if I didn’t book in one of the most worst hotel in the world (Holiday Inn Express - Ringsheim, an IHG Hotel) because of a negative attitude and unprofessional receptionist working in this hotel with no morals. Very cute small village although not much to do in the actual village, there is a bus straight to Europa Park and Rulantica that is very quick and easy and it is an excellent location. The train station also makes it east to connect to Karlsruhe or Freiburg.

Walking through the streets of Ringsheim was wonderful we can highly recommend the old style ice cream vendor near the train station. The town contain a number of popular restuarants with a wide variety of cuisines
