Hotel is set in an old traditional unprepossessing building, but has been refurbished inside to a good standard, incorporating many modern features whilst retaining old brickwork, flag stones, etc. well done. Staff were very friendly and helpful in answering our questions about the town, happily allowing us to leave our cases at reception when we arrived very early. An unexpected facility was a lovely quiet patio area at the back of the hotel with tables/chairs/sun shades and a loyalty bar. Good selection at breakfast.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was good and the quality of their food was a high standard. The location relative to the train and bus stations could not have been better. It is just across the square from both.

Cool theme (it was novel staying in a Mexican themed room in Italy). Room had everything we needed for our stay, including a fridge (minibar). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful showing us to our building and room. Aircon worked no problems. Great location, close to the train station, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

The hotel os located in the centre of the town close to all amenities. It is very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. For those who don’t speak Italian they speak very good English. The breakfast was wonderful.

Walking distance to station and easy to get to. Impressive architecture and interior design. Totally modern and well thought out room design. Very kind and attentive owners/staff.
